Our lashes

Cruelty free
Our lashes are made from 100% cruelty free synthetic faux mink.

How to apply the lashes

Start by gently removing the lashes from the tray using a set of tweezers - make sure not to pull at the hairs. Measure the lashes to your eyes and trim from the outer side to adjust the length of the band to your lash line. 

Apply a thin layer of your favorite lash glue to the lash band and make sure to wait the recommended time as instructed on the lash glue before using tweezer to apply the lashes as close to your lash line as possible while making sure to securely fasten both sides of the lashes. 

How to care for you lashes
Run a damp q-tip along the lash band to soften the glue and gently peel of the eye.

While the lash is freshly removed, gently peel of the excess glue with your finger or a pair of tweezer. Be careful not to pull at the hairs.

Place your lashes back into the lash case and store them there until the next use.

Reuseable
With the right care our lashes are reusable up to 20+ times.

Macara
We do not recommend applying mascara to our lashes. It will drastically limit the number of uses and quality of the lashes. However, it is fine to use mascara on your own lashes before applying the by Silah lashes. 

Curl
Using a lash curler on our lashes is perfectly safe and should not have any impact on neither the number of uses or the quality of the lashes. However, we do not recommend using heated eyelash curlers.

Tip: Curling the lashes after the first application will ensure the best blending with your natural lashes, and also provide maximum curl and wispiness.

What is included
Lashes only, glue is not included.

Payments we currently accept: Paypal, Visa and Mastercard. 

Please note, all transactions will be processed in euros. 

Shipping

We offer international shipping - with a few exceptions. Find the prices and estimated shipping times right here!

Due to increasing problems with fraudulent orders and orders not arriving, we have sadly had to put shipping to a number of countries on hold. We are working on a solution.

If your country is not available at the list of countries we ship to at the checkout, then feel free to send us an email at customer@shopsilah.com and we might be able to help you.

Please note, all orders are shipped from Denmark. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties or customs that might apply to international orders. 

How to track your order

Tracking is not available if you chose the standard shipping option. If your order is late or have not arrived, then send us an email at customer@shopsilah.com and we will help you. 

When choosing the tracked and insured shipping option the tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any questions or problems with tracking your order, then send us an email at customer@shopsilah.com and we will help you.
